We want your experience at Echó Boutique to be amazing!  We hope that you are happy with each item you receive but if you’re not, we are here to make returns as easy as possible for you.  All return policies are listed below.  Please email us with any questions at

Return Guidelines:

  • Clearance and Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned
  • We will gladly accept any return within the guidelines listed below for online credit, no cash back
  • Return items must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the order was placed
  • Items must be unworn and in new condition with tags attached
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost and original shipping cost is non-refundable
  • Refunds are process within 5 business days of receiving your return
